Crain Management is Hiring a Laborer Near Rapid, SD

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the construction of storage units.

Duties:
- Assisting with site preparation, including clearing debris and leveling ground.
- Helping to erect framework and structural components.
- Transporting materials and equipment around the construction site.
- Operating power tools and other equipment under supervision.
- Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or related field required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Proficiency in operating equipment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisor.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Commitment to safety procedures and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Payment frequency:

  • Paid semi-monthly

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Construction: 1 year (Required)
